When the New Year rolled around, I am sure many of you made a resolution to eat healthier or make a lifestyle change that was surrounded by the food you eat. Both founders here at Rural Housewives, Katie and myself Jenny, have been on a path to try and become healthier versions of ourselves whether that means trying to get moving more or eating foods that are better for you!
It is now almost April, we’ve made it through our first “sugar-filled” Holiday of Easter and typically now is the time most people have given up on their resolutions. Maybe you had one hiccup or downfall and you just let it all go.
We’ve got some recipes to get you back on track and inspire you to pursue a healthier lifestyle of eating that don’t sacrifice taste for nutrition! After all, food is meant to be enjoyable even if it is fuel, right?
Thank you to our readers who submitted recipes, we appreciate you taking the time to share inspiring recipes to all of us. I’ve also included some recipes from my favorite foodie bloggers! xoxo, Jenny
